You can do this simply by placing an order through our secure site, or dropping us a line anytime. If you’d like to come along to one of our upcoming gallery shows simply drop us a line at info@vitalumen.com to ensure you are on our database.
Your work will be printed within two weeks and add another one week to ensure we can package it and dispatch it safely and securely. All up, please allow three weeks for delivery of your work.
Please contact us for any deliveries that require overseas postage and we’ll happily give you a quote.
If you live within Australia, delivery is free. It’s all part of our commitment to service. Like you, we don’t like doing the maths on the hidden delivery fees, so we are rewarding your fine taste by providing this great delivery service. Goods may only be returned if they are faulty or not what was ordered. As most artworks are made to order, we don’t accept returns if you’ve just changed your mind, and all goods must be returned within four weeks of purchase. Having said that, we’re only happy if our customers are happy, so we will work with you to ensure you end up with a product that you’re thrilled with.
