What materials do you use for your prints and frames?
Our products are meticulously crafted using the highest-grade materials and printed at one of Australia’s premier professional photo labs. Each order is individually produced through a labor-intensive process, ensuring a bespoke finish of the highest standard.
Fine Art Prints
We utilise Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308, a world-class 100% cotton paper. Known for its smooth surface texture and premium matte coating, this paper provides extraordinary depth, three-dimensionality, and archival permanence for true fine art reproduction.
Canvas Prints
Our canvases are produced using Breathing Colour 325gsm Motif Satin Canvas. This high-performance material offers a wide colour gamut and deep blacks without the need for additional varnish, resulting in a sophisticated satin finish that remains crack-resistant and durable.
Custom Framing
To protect and enhance your investment, we use 3mm Conservation Framing Acrylic. This premium glazing is lighter and stronger than traditional glass while providing superior UV protection to prevent fading, ensuring your artwork remains vibrant for decades.
Acrylic Blocks

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Please note that because our prints go into production immediately, we can only accept cancellations or "change of mind” requests within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@vitalumen.com with photo proof of the damage within 10 days of delivery to start your replacement.
